Anyone having problems with their AM/FM radio going off randomly? After my XM subscription expired, my car started randomly turning off the sound output while listening to the AM/FM radio and I have to shut the car off and restart it to get the AM/FM radio function back. The problem has been happening once or twice a week for the past 3 months. Happened twice on one commute. Changing the station, changing the volume, switching to phone audio or mute/unmute does not solve the problem.
I have reported it to the dealer and called Subaru 4 times. They say they will get back to me within 24 hours, but I have only gotten generic automated responses from Subaru.
