Yesterday was the first day that I actually used the heated steering wheel in my car as it was the coldest morning since purchasing the car. While I am sure I tested it shortly after taking delivery, I did not notice that the top half of the steering wheel far warmer than the bottom half. It felt like the there were no elements in the bottom half and it was simply getting warm from the heat generated by the top half. It was my understanding that the entire wheel was to be heated on the 2023’s…..
Is this normal? In my other car, the entire wheel is heated the same all the way around.
