I am looking to change my 20” wheels to 18” with new tires. I want to order from Discount Tire Direct since we have Discount Tire stores in Florida but not here in Massachusetts where we live half year. But DIscount Tires Direct doesn‘t show as many 45 offset tires. I want to be closer to stock 55 offset. But aren’t DTD and TR the the same company now? I think I’ve settled on the Enkai YX-5 wheels with the Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires and would get a local installer. Discount doesn’t show the YX-5 wheels but can they get them.
Also, when I select installer Tire Rack shows TPMS installation charges twice for each wheel one for tire and one for wheel? Is that wrong?
Also, is it better to go with new TPMS sensors and leave the old ones on the other wheels if I try to sell them with the stock tires?
