I have a new, unused Thule crossbar rack that came with my 2019 Outback Touring.
With the included adapters (Fit Kit 4052), they are compatible with 2017-2019 Outbacks with the low profile roof rails (found on touring trims).
To fit onto other trims with raised rails, you just need a different adapter (Fit Kit 4063).
