Starlink Concierge Problem | Subaru Ascent Forum

I started my Starlink Concierge subscription yesterday. After a few minutes from making the payment the grayed out Concierge link lite ip and became selectable. I tried it twice yesterday and once today and I am having the same problem. The app in the infotainment system calls the Concierge bit after 3 rings I get the following audio response that say approximately the following, “Not able to connect to Starlink Concierge Due To Mobile Network Connection or Hardware Compatibility.”

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I live in El PasoTexas and both times I tried this I was in a very populated area with excellent mobile phone and data connections.
