Greetings,
Just got a 2024 Limited XT. It has a silver accent strip and the bottom of the front end and one at the bottom of the rear bumper. I got under it and can see that it has three bodywork retainers (the kind where you pull the center “looks like a screw” and the center and holder both drop off to release the accent strip.
Does anyone know how the top of the accent strip is connected?? It would be too good to be true if it just unclipped or something! Any pictures or a parts schematic I could look at??
I am going to have the accent strip (front and rear) painted to match the car color. Not a fan of the silver gaudy thing!
