We’ve had our 2023 ASCENT for only 2 months and EYESIGHT has failed us. We took it back to the dealership and they supposedly recalibrated everything and updated the software and possibly the firmware. It failed again while driving it home from the dealership, and after 10 days we took it back. It’s now been determined the cameras need to be replaced. Sadly they have no idea how long it will be before new parts will arrive so we are stuck driving with no cruise control, auto high beams, emergency breaking, parking hazard warning, and anything else that relies on the eyesight cameras.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or are we just the unlucky ones?
