Hello everybody,
I have a 2009 outback 3.0R 164000+ miles multiple oil leaks …….nobody diagnoses for years….
recently diagnosed as due to oil leaks……as the car just started misfiring so bad it has loss of power
power….and bad vibrations so stopped driving…check engine light coming on……apparently
the oil is corroding the plugs…..corroding the water lines at the same time…$5500+ to replace a
side of the cylinder head gasket and both valve cover gaskets and replace the water lines
refresh the radiator system……maybe time for a new used/new car
Car maintained and maintained in very good condition except for oil leaks…..
