I am considering adding the above light to the Outback Wilderness 22′ for its support light feature primarily but also as a running light. I don’t need the refracted light capability so I’m mainly looking at the C1 version. The units are plug and play and simple to install if….. you have a 7 pin harness. Of course Subaru’s factory installed connector comes with a 4-pin connector, so simply plugging the Pod into the line won’t work.
Does anyone on the forum have experience connecting this Pod by touching the necessary wires? If so, please let me know your experience with wiring and LEDs in general.
I replaced the factory stock bulbs with a set from Diode Dynamics and they are a million times better, but I would prefer more light if possible.
