seems odd a radio adapter would be the cause. I assume you disconnected the AC control panel from its harness when you did the installation?
you can try removing fuse no. 26 (passenger compartment fuse box) when the ignition is off. that should remove all power to the control panel. Maybe it will restore it. resetting the harness connection at the AC control panel may help.
fuse #14 in the passenger compartment is for the AC control module, you could also try pulling it out and putting it back in to see if the control module needed to be reset.
or simply disconnect the main battery for a while, then reconnect. You will need to reset your power windows that are automatically up (front).
