I couldn’t figure out why sometimes when I pressed this button, nothing happened – the gate didn’t close and there was no audible feedback, as if the button was … canceled. I think I just figured out why. For a while I’ve long pressed this button under the impression that this is what I was supposed to do. It’s possible that I pressed it too long at one point … I’ll see … However, I don’t understand the operational logic here, making it difficult to predict the connection between my action and the result.
