I suspect this happened during the extremely cold part of winter (-40ยบ F or C) when one morning the battery could not turn the starter. The lights came on and I did not lose any of the radio presets. I jump started the car and that evening put a charger on the battery. The battery has not been physically disconnected.
My clock also changed from 24-hr back to AM/PM sometime during this period. But otherwise nothing I customized has changed. The seat setting are fine and the windows go up and down. Even my PIN still works.
I have unpaired and reconnected the phone. I also tried a full switch off between re-pairing as well.
Here are the details:
2017 Subaru Outback 3.6 Limited with Nav
iPhone 6 Plus with latest iOS
Do not disturb while driving is set to Manual
Location Central Minnesota
Before I try disconnecting the battery are there other things that I should be checking? Or should I just pull the fuse to the head unit to reboot it?
Thoughts and/or suggestions greatly appreciated.
