New Tucson member here. Looks like I’ll be taking over my wife’s 2017 Outback Limited 3.6 as we need a new (bigger) family vehicle and she’s planning on buying an Ascent very soon. I currently drive a Honda Accord Coupe which is terrible for the whole family, so getting the Outback is the only logical move. A little background on me, I have always been a truck and SUV guy, having owned Jeeps, Tacomas, 4runner’s, etc. I’ve also been a lot into modifying and “carrying” my vehicles, so this style of vehicle is completely new territory for me.
All that said, I’m only drawn to extreme trails, and with some more aggressive tires and a little lift (like 1″), I think this Outback will do whatever I want, like the desert does down here. I don’t have the existing that shreds rocks like i do in colorado speaking of colorado my wife is always joking that being from colorado i should drive a subaru lol anyone looking forward to learning more about subaru and gear On the way out for some camping and trails. Thanks for having me.
