22 OBW oil pan gasket leaking

I can’t believe it but 1000 miles and my 22 OBW is leaking oil. I put it in and they “fixed” it by replacing the drain plug gasket (pressure washer), despite noting the visible oil ABOVE and IN FRONT of the drain plug. “Oh, that’s just from the oil that gets thrown in there when you drive,” they said. Ok, I see it- behind the plug, but didn’t go into reverse fast enough to spray oil in front of the plug.

I myself was able to locate the leak coming from the oil pan gasket. I called and made a second appointment for service and the service coordinator told me that they have to remove the turbo before removing the oil pan. Is it true???????

I would greatly appreciate someone’s advice on this. I’m really scratching my head right now.
