I have talked to many different people there, but now I have all the contact information. all this over $199.78. I am on SSDI and Subaru’s LOVE PROMISE offered no help with my problem. If anyone has had a harmonic balancer failure, call Subaru at 1-800-782-2783, prompt 2, ext 119238. We hope you can connect with Ellie. She refused to help me with the bill. I also registered a complaint with NTHSA. I want everyone to pass the time and flood Ellie with calls demanding a refund for this very common repair. Please help an elder on SSDI.
