Gen 5 – Strut tower brace (STB) and rear sway bar (RSB) measured data?

Okay, I did use the search function and found several threads on these two mods. However, I am unable to determine their real-world usefulness in objective terms. Most are opinions, and largely subjective on the actual improvements. To that end, I am contemplating answers to the following questions:

  1. Will the STB make any difference to city driving? (Example of STB is the Nameless STB).
    • The Nameless STB is a monolithic unit, and their marketing blurb advises against a flex bar (say the one joined at the center with ball-socket as Subaru offers for other models).
  2. Will the 19mm RSB make any difference to city driving?

Of course, if the answer is “yes”, then further enquiry into how to measure that improvement needs to be made. I do value opinions, but I am hard pressed to find any measured data on these mods, and it is where I am really struggling. The car under consideration is the Outback 2019 3.6R Touring. Thanks in advance!
