Yes. I just had this repair done on my 2011 a week ago. The gasket surrounding the third brake light was shot. I removed the inner panel of the top cover gaining access to the two retaining nuts on the light bar, removed the light, cleaned the old chip off the back of the light and the gasket material stuck to the outside of the cover surrounding the opening for the light .
I used an RTV silicone gasket maker. I found mine leaking about three hours before the car was due to start a new life in my daughters possession. I didn’t have anything else to use for a gasket on hand, so RTV will do until I see the car again and can install the proper gasket.
