Hello, I recently put a new JDM imported EZ30d into my 01 Outback Bean and it’s been running fine so far. The first few days of driving it the overflow coolant tank would bubble and I filled it and it’s stopped bubbling completely and leveled out. Then, last night I noticed when I got onto the highway after driving for a while on main roads the temp gauge went up to almost red. The coolant level was good and there were no bubbles. I topped it off anyways and let the rad cap off overnight. Then, this morning I was driving for a bit on main roads again and the second I accelerated onto the highway the temp gauge shot up past red so I pulled over. It’s sitting now to cool off, but anyone have any idea what it is? The coolant doesn’t seem hot at all and there’s enough oil on the dipstick. The fans kick on aswell. Could it be thermometer, or does it need to be bled more?
Thanks
