Privacy not included: Subaru report (connected services etc.)

Mozilla foundation released a report on privacy policies of various car manufacturers, and Subaru gets especially bad grade (although, not the worst) for certain aspects of privacy policy. Subaru specific report:
*Privacy Not Included review: Subaru
For example – did you know that simply by driving in your Subaru, any occupants consent to collection and sale of their information as per Subaru Privacy Policy:

For the avoidance of doubt, for purposes of this Privacy Policy, “using” the Services includes being a Vehicle Occupant in a Connected Vehicle.

Check that out, and consider what it could mean, eh… I expect this to be even more relevant in next gen Outback.
I looked through Subaru’s privacy policy and the link to have them limit the use of your sensitive information is here:
Consumer Privacy Rights | Subaru
Additionally, see the section called “6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES” about settings you can change inside of MySubaru app.
