It’s built like an all-season Euro, which we call All Weather in North America. It’s winter traction will be good, but it’s more summer/all-weather freeway biased, so it’ll perform great in the summer, probably better than all-weather. If you need a more all-weather oriented winter, go with Firestone Weathergrip or Goodyear Weatherready.
Also note; is a Dutch brand that, as far as I know, still manufactures all of its tires in the Netherlands. For us in Canada, it’s usually a more affordable all-weather option than many others because of free trade with the EU. I’m not sure how strong their US distribution is other than Tire Rack and Discount Tire.
