PRESENTATION: This bulletin announces the availability of new reprogramming files for the Transmission Control Module (TCM) to address shudder, a sensation that can be accompanied by a vibration-type sound when accelerating from slow speeds.

PRESENTATION: This bulletin announces the availability of new reprogramming files for the Transmission Control Module (TCM) to address shudder, a sensation that can be accompanied by a vibration-type sound when accelerating from slow speeds.
CHANGES:
The new files contain improved logic for torque converter lockup control. If this problem occurs twice, reprogram the TCM using the service procedure described below.
