My 2023 Ascent Touring has had issues with the touchscreen from the first week I bought it. It’s been to the dealership twice and I have five videos showing the touchscreen issues. My latest issue was the touchscreen going completely black and at the same time getting an RAB error and eyesight ever. Both errors showed up in the app the screen was black and for over 30 minutes for my drive home.. no maps, radio, climate control, etc. I brought the car to the dealership, there were no error codes and they could find no problems. They said my touchscreen had the latest driver installed. I’m very very very disappointed at the quality of this car. I only have 4000 miles and I regret buying it. My 2016 Honda Pilot Navigation had over 200K miles and never had any issues electrical or mechanical.
