I replaced my wife’s nav head unit with an Atoto wireless carplay head unit and new backup camera. Everything seems to work fine. However, shortly after replacing the head unit, the tire pressure light started flashing when I first started the car and then comes on solid shortly after.
Doing some research, it seems that this usually means that one of the pressure sensors inside the tire has failed. This can be confirmed by scanning for the diagnostic error code. However, when I scan for codes, there are none. Zero faults found when I do a scan, however the tire pressure light continues this behaviour.
Any ideas? I really don’t want to pull everything back out and put it back in the head unit to see if that’s the cause, but the pressure light on but the error code not existing is bugging me.
Thank you.
