My 2012 has 130k miles and is in excellent condition, runs like a new car. However, I have replaced the entire front suspension and some parts of the rear suspension and had all the important services done; regular oil change with synthetic oil, CVT oil changed every 60k miles, TB at 90k miles to name the most important. Since the car saw 8 winters in upstate NY (near Albany) there are some rust issues, however most were addressed during the suspension refresh.
In short, I would look for a car from the south (no rust) with as good a service history as possible. You may want to stay under 150k miles, but I think service history is even more important.
