We bought a 2019 Ascension primarily for the safety features and Wi-Fi access. We used to love it but now we have similar problems with the Wi-Fi. We paid for unlimited data through At&T. When we first got it, the menu had an option for Wifi hotspot access and when we selected it, it would show our wifi hotspot password. Unfortunately, it is no longer in the menu anywhere and no one can find the password. Some of our devices are still connected, but anyone who wants to connect can’t because we can’t find the access point password anywhere. Even our Apple devices don’t show the “join the network” signal when someone in our contact list is trying to find the password. We contacted At&T who said it was a software issue with the Ascent and Subaru needs to address it. At&T does not recognize the WiFi password. We took our car to the dealer and they thought they fixed it by adding the shortcut to the home screen, but that didn’t fix the problem. We took it and explained it all again and they have no idea how to fix it. They have done the factory reset several times with no luck. We are very frustrated. Can anyone help?
