2020 Ascent Premium purchased used this spring around 30k miles. It has spent 2 winters already in a snowbelt but has no obvious rust
Previous Subaru made it 14 years and was just getting body rust, frame and bolts were obviously super rusty though
Live in a snowbelt in northern Michigan, plan on keeping the Ascent for a long time. Thinking about getting Krown rustproofing applied after hearing positive things from local mechanics and learning the price is only $150. Have some reservations about getting holes drilled, for the application but seems like their process works.
Does anybody have any experiences with Krown or rustproofing in general?
