I have a 2020 Subaru Outback QT…9800 miles…original mfgrs tires…while in Subaru dealers possession for service they had an accident with my front end. They have agreed to cover the entire cost of the repair without me having to file a claim with my insurance company. Part of the repair
includes those (Subaru Collision Center) who want to ONLY replace the front driver’s side tire (among other parts). I have done some research and read that it is recommended that all 4 tires be replaced immediately with new tires of the same make, model, tread depth and size. Mixing the tires in any way on an AWD vehicle can cause wear and/or damage to the drive train. Do you agree with this statement?
