Good morning. I hope someone can give me an answer. I have spoken to my dealer service department and they are telling me that there are no recalls or notices for this issue (and it makes me question the existence of the problem).
Last weekend I started the 2023 Outback Onyx XT and a reminder alarm box appeared on my infotainment screen. It forced me to click confirm it, at which point the attached screen appeared. I took a photo for reference when I called my dealer (see below). It clearly indicates a recall and to call my dealer. For once, we haven’t seen the pop-up again.
An internet search turned up nothing, and the seller can’t find any reference to this issue either. Can anyone out there help?
