Parasitic Current in 2006 Outback

So my issue is that is I don’t use the car in a few days it needs to be jumped. What I did:
1) Measure current with meter, 120 Milliamps
2) Unplugged all fuses 1 by 1 under the dash, no change.
3) Unplugged each fuse in main fuse compartment in the engine bay. When I unplugged SFB #6 ( 50A ), the current went to 0. Here’s the oddity…plug it back in current back, unplug again current stays the same no difference, plug back in, unplug, current to 0.

I wouldn’t think 120 milliamps would hit a battery that hard but I guess I am wrong. Friend of mine works at a Sub dealer and says you need to wait 15min – 1/2 hour to measure the parasitic current but I don’t see any difference over time…..

Any feedback appreciated !!!
