2011 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium with 174K miles. Today while driving on the freeway the check engine light illuminated. After checking the codes when I got home I found the following P0301, P0302, P0304. The car seemed to run fine, no loss of power or anything unusual aside from the check engine light. I bought the car 8 months ago so don’t know the history on it, but have put on about 3K miles without any issues until now.
I’ve searched all over and can’t really find any guidance for the above codes. I see comments for a single misfire code or all cylinders with misfires, but nothing with just 3 of the 4. I will start with the spark plugs and change them out. Does anyone have any prior experience with these codes or know what else to check?
I’ll be sure to document everything here in hopes it may help others as well.
