Noise at 60 mph Noise after ptc ground bolt recall repair

Sorry for the misunderstanding. The LEFT panel comes out to check. If there’s nothing wrong, they plug the hole back in, add another bolt, and they’re done. The Right Panels are removed if there are any melted wires or connectors. I mentioned the right panel because that would be the panel related to the noise that is in the center. If you follow the steps in the TSB (and follow “Skip to…” as appropriate), you can figure out what they had to remove.

If your towing service receipt does not show any parts, and only says that they re-rolled the ground and used a different bolt, then it is likely that they only pulled the LEFT panels. If they did more than that, then they probably pulled the panels RIGHT (and a few other things, which you can see on the TSB).
