At first I thought maybe it was a sunroof drain location but it’s not. The following post shows where those would be, if it were the sunroof drain.

It also doesn’t seem to be where water collecting in a door would drain out.
Not sure where the water is coming from – I presume your car wasn’t in a location where the water level rose above it’s ground clearance?
If it were my car having unusual water drainage, I’d check under the floor mats front and rear for moisture, as well as in the spare tire compartment to see if water was collecting.
