Hesitation/slack during acceleration after cold start

I have a 2019MY 3.6R.

In the last couple of months, in the summer, I’ve noticed some hesitation when accelerating after a cold start (meaning the car has been sitting for a few hours, not that the ambient temperature is particularly cold). Almost like it’s struggling a bit for air or gas. After working for a while, it seems to go away.

From a quick internet search, most of the similar behavior seems to be related to colder weather and the need to let the car warm up a bit.

But in my case, since this has started to appear during the summer months, and never before (that I can recall) even during the colder months, I’m wondering if it could be something else.

Any thoughts on this?

Thank you!
