When all caution lights come on, your vehicle has set a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code). Once a DTC is set, Subaru vehicles disable many systems as they are no longer considered reliable due to a defect somewhere in the vehicle.
As suggested above, you should have the vehicle scanned by a compatible vehicle scanner to determine what DTC is set and this will then help a trained vehicle technician resolve the cause of the DTC.
Please let me know that DTC rarely identifies the cause of the problem. DTCs are used to troubleshoot the cause of the problem.
One of the common causes for a seemingly random DTC is a loose fuel cap, so you may want to check that the fuel cap is tight.
