Gen 6 – Has anyone experienced these problems? [2020 Outback Premier XT with 17,000 km on the clock]

1. My power liftgate ECU failed and in doing so damaged the battery so it had to be replaced as well. The battery was covered by an extended warranty that Subaru placed on models in a certain VIN range; The ECU and pull came out of my box.

2. After doing an OTA software update, I could no longer hear incoming calls on my phone, although the caller could hear me clearly. I paid the dealer to install the most recent software update, but that didn’t fix the problem. They even tried to turn off the center channel speaker. I tried wiping my phone and making a new bluetooth connection. That didn’t work and neither did disconnecting the battery. The representations have no answer. Has anyone else experienced this issue and miraculously resolved it?
