Hi all. New here. I’ve searched the site and found similar issues but not quite the same. Our CEL comes on and off and wipes out the eyesight, cruise control, hill assist each time but a code reader pulls up nothing. No codes. It had an old (freeze frame) code regarding the ambient air temperature sensor so we changed it but that did nothing. No other codes. Just a check engine light and non working accessories. Clear day, cloudy day, rain, fog, snow, clean windshield, warm inside or outside, any season, any weather, anytime. Sometimes when the car is first started. Sometimes while we’re driving. Full tank, empty tank, partial tank. And it’s definitely not the gas cap. Dealer just shrugs it off cuz there’s no codes. Kind of an ok car otherwise but really losing our minds here.
