Yes! This is the part. Looks like an interesting job to do, sure would involve a lot of bolts and other parts and I’d do a lift while I’m at it.
Spot welding areas are still good for me.
I just received an offer for a trade in for a 2021 Ascension with 8k miles. I’m still not convinced, but I haven’t seen it or driven it yet. I love my 3.6R, one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Also the rustiest for sure 
The exchange would solve the rust problem and save about $1-1.5k on this repair as I see it.
