Anyways, when I first bought my ’14 3.6R, I changed all the pads and rotors. Those clips are truly annoying as hell, and even having someone who had done about 100 brake jobs on 2015-current Subaru’s, was looking at my brake assembly like they couldn’t understand why anything was done the way it was.
I wish I had more to help you with, but I also didn’t take pictures, and needed to make a few minor adjustments afterwards.
