Gen 3 – Brake light vs tail lamp

EDIT: a quick google suggests that DRLs usually use a lower wattage headlight bulb. That makes more sense than 2 filaments, but I’m sure the engineers had their reasons…

At the front there are two headlight bulbs on each side; one for low beam, one for high beam. So four “headlight” bulbs in total.

These are on the headlight assemblies on each side. Both assemblies also each have a dual filament bulb for the “clearance” (aka parking) and turn signal light.

The fog lights (2) are separate and sit low in the front bumper.

In 2008, high beam bulbs are used for DRLs (low beam).
