Purchased 2021 Ascent March 2021. Currently has 20,336 miles and Subaru service department says tires need to be replaced 4/32. Every 6,000 miles the oil was changed and the tires rotated.
They recommended I call Subaru in the US and after waiting about 45 minutes on hold I was told that the original tires are the customer’s responsibility and I had to deal with the Falken.
However, they offered $500 as customer goodwill.
Not happy, but I think I’ll shell out $500 for new tires (not Falker). The dealership recommends Goodyear Assurance MaxLife tires for $987.81
Anyone else had problems with the Ascent and the tires.
