How can I know? Not from any IT knowledge. On the contrary, some people who hate TomTom is far from a recent complaint. Gee, proving it’s an old complaint and complaining on a discussion forum accomplishes nothing. If it was possible, it would have been done already.
Complain to SoA, contact info in my signature. Maybe explaining honest buyer’s remorse will work, but I doubt it.
By the way, Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze work fine using CarPlay. Coming off of another complaint, full-screen Android Auto only works with 2023 and newer models, though some people have found other workarounds. There is a separate thread dedicated to this here.
