If you want to install a booster, you can make a custom harness, but that would require some soldering to make the harness, but then the harness will plug into the socket, but the dash has to be disconnected to access the sockets.
There is a plug and play solution with a prefab harness that someone just tried and he says it sounds good, but even though it’s plug and play, you have to disconnect the dash and maybe connect a power wire (not sure) .
