Most aftermarket rotors are made in China, including Beck Arnley. Also a given “brand” may outsource the manufacturing to different factories, resulting in inconsistent quality. It’s always a gamble. Some people may have no problems and others may. That’s the situation with aftermarket parts these days. Never know who is really making them, or if the previously good quality parts are now made by the lowest bidder even though the “brand name” is on the box.
While I’m sure there are chinese factories capable of making top quality brake rotors, a brand typically outsources to china for cheap cost, not high quality.
